Corporate Sponsored Event Request

IMPORTANT: Events submissions are REQUIRED 2 weeks prior the event date.

Ambassadors may choose to participate as a vendor to represent the income opportunity and its affiliate Club Nirvana products and services at an existing public or private event. Examples of this are fairs, festivals, trade shows or sporting events. When they are approved to receive support from the company it is called a “Corporate-Sponsored Event”. All Ambassadors are expected to follow the given guidelines and processes when conducting their own business at such an event. 

This form is used for request only. The company will review your request and notify you if your event request is eligible to receive sponsorship from the company. You will be held responsible for completing all the necessary training and providing any additional information that the company requests in order to support you for a successful event.
