Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing CN Marketing Services
CN Marketing is committed to providing you with high quality services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the CN Marketing satisfaction guarantee. (Section 8.0 of the CN Marketing Policies and Procedures).
If you received damaged or defective products(s), please contact the CN Marketing Support Department immediately. CN Marketing can replace those products at no charge in lieu of a refund.
To initiate a return, please email support@nirvanagoldrush.com or by telephone at (833) 252-6862 to receive your Return Gift Card Authorization (RGCA). When contacting us, please have your CN Marketing Affiliate ID or order number available.
CN Marketing reserves the right to decline a refund if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) was not issued prior to returning the product(s).
For Customer (Non-Affiliate s) – 30 Day Guarantee:
As a Customer, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for 100% money back that was place on your gift card.
If eligible for a refund, CN Marketing will credit the original form of payment within 30 days. All rebates associated with the sale of the product(s) will be deducted once the refund is issued.
For Affiliate s – 30 Day Guarantee:
As an Affiliate , you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Refunds requested outside of these parameters will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If eligible for a refund, CN Marketing will credit the original form of payment within 30 days.
For Affiliate s – Buy Back Policy (Account Cancellation):
CN Marketing Affiliate Cancellation Buy Back Policy is meant to protect individuals who want to discontinue being an Affiliate, leave the CN Marketing opportunity, and believe they mistakenly loaded more gift card balance (Section 8.1 of the CN Marketing Policies and Procedures).
This policy specifically does not apply to an Affiliate who, for the purpose of qualifying for a bonus or some other benefit, has falsely stated that the inventory for which they are attempting to receive a refund has been previously consumed or sold. CN Marketing reserves the right to decline refunds for any products that have been falsely stated as consumed or sold (Section 6.1 of the CN Marketing Policies and Procedures).
The request for Buy Back must be made in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date. In states that require a different Buy Back Policy CN Marketing will conform to that state’s policy.
Membership and administrative fees are not refundable, except as required by law.
All bonuses, commissions, CV/BV/PV/GV (commissionable volume, business volume, personal volume, group volume), and recognition received as a result of the purchase will be reversed and deducted from the refund and/or your Sponsor’s compensation. Please notify your Sponsor of your decision to terminate your Affiliate position.
If eligible for a refund, CN Marketing will credit the original form of payment within 30 days. Your account will be closed once the refund is issued.
